*This package MUST be paid for in full at the time of purchase.  This package price is only good for clinic visits, and does not include mileage and farm call fees.  Once purchased, the package is non-refundable, no substitutions will be allowed and all services must be used within a calendar year.  If the horse dies while participating in the program, a prorated refund will be given.  Dental work includes basic sedation, a complete oral exam, and a basic performance float, and does not include advanced work such as advanced sedation, nerve blocks, extractions, or radiographs.  Horses must be a least 1 year of age to participate.  Horses without previous vaccination history will require booster vaccinations not included with this program.  Strangles titers, Strangles vaccinations, and PHF vaccinations are not included in this program.
